The organisation and implementation of various activities and action days worldwide, where we invite our employees, but also external interested parties where possible, to participate in our social sustainability initiatives. These campaigns offer the opportunity to realise projects together that make a positive contribution to our society and the environment. Every effort counts and helps to drive sustainable change. Through these activities and the involvement of external parties, we also promote dialogue and networking with the wider community in order to achieve our sustainability goals together.

Tour of the headquarters in Augsburg for interested external parties.
Planting trees – DE / USA
Various campaigns in which, for example, we did without Christmas cards / customer gifts and planted a tree for each card / gift to be written.
In the USA, 5 trees are planted for every system sold.
Diversity Week – DE
Workshops and information events to strengthen individuals as well as the community and equality of all employees.
Girls’ Day- DE
We take part in the campaign day organised by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and the Federal Ministry of Education and Research, where we give girls an insight into everyday working life. This promotes the next generation, free of gender stereotypes.

Run over a defined distance with the possibility for all employees worldwide to participate and compare the results online.

Organised celebrations, some with the option of bringing family members and friends.
