Our logistics department has the task of planning all transports with a view to optimum utilisation. Through careful planning and optimisation, we ensure that our own transports are always as fully utilised as possible and that efficient routes are selected. External logistics providers are integrated where possible (bundling our own and external goods) in order to realise synergy effects. This also applies to the downstream supply chain, which we can influence.​

Wherever possible, both internally and with our external suppliers and partners, we also use durable returnable packaging or work with reusable packaging. We deliberately avoid composite packaging in order to ensure the recyclability and sustainability of our packaging.​

When supplying spare parts, it is important to us that they reach our customers worldwide not only quickly and reliably, but also in an environmentally friendly way. We therefore rely on logistics centres that use resource-saving processes, environmentally friendly packaging solutions and energy-efficient warehouses.​
