Voting rights notification pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG

Lazard Frères Gestion S.A.S., Paris, France, has informed us in the name of
the fund SICAV OBJECTIF SMALL CAP EURO, Paris, France, pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 WpHG that the percentage of voting rights of the fund in WashTec
AG, Augsburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0007507501, WKN: 750750, exceeded the 3%
threshold on March 10, 2011 and amounts to 3.04% (425,120 voting rights) as
per this day.

Additional Note:
This threshold does not produce a new threshold of the total aggregated
positions previously declared in the name of Lazard Frères Gestion as per
August 07, 2008.
