All voting rights were attributed according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sec 22 para 1 sent 2 WpHG.

Name of shareholders holding directly 3% voting rights or more which attributed to the notifier: EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund plc., Dublin, Ireland.
