DGAP-Ad-hoc: WashTec AG / Key word(s): Dividend Management board and supervisory board in connection with the approval of
the annual accounts have resolved to recommend a dividend of EUR 1.65 per
share [total amount of approx. EUR 23,0m] to this year's annual general
meeting. The dividend is composed of a distribution in the amount of EUR
0.70 per share plus a special distribution in the amount of EUR 0.95.
Background for the special distribution is the positive business
development of recent years. More than 60% of the distribution will be made
from the so-called "capital contribution account for tax purposes"
